Gary Levi
Operations Manager
Gary is a seasoned commercial construction and glazing industry professional
with more than 35 years of experience. He has worked for some of the largest
contract glazing firms managing significant fenestration projects throughout the
United States, and in Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore. |

Bob Gruslin
Senior Project Manager
Bob has over 30 years experience managing multi million dollar
commercial glazing projects throughout New England. Bob's job is to
coordinate the activities of the Project Managers, shop fabricators and
field Installers to ensure highest quality performance and service. |

Paul Morrissey
Quality Assurance Manager
With over 35 years of field experience for a number of leading glazing
contractors, Paul's focus is to ensure quality work by Madaio Glass.
Paul is "hands on" involved at the start of every project setting the
standards for quality and productivity, and responsible for follow up,
quality inspections, verifying field dimensions, and working warranty
issues. |

Bob Leduc
Field Operations Manager
Bob runs all Field Operation whereby he visits multiple jobsites every
day to monitor quality of work, assess productivity, inspect for safety
and then visit with the Supervisor for the GC to update him on the
progress our work and to address any customer service issues. |

Guy Jankowski
Shop Foreman
With over 25 years in commercial glazing including more than 10 years at
Madaio Glass, Guy is the foreman overseeing all shop operations. |

Daniel Ayotte
Assistant Project Manager/Draftsman
A graduate of the New England Institute of Technology with a degree in
architecture and building engineering, Daniels’s advanced CAD skills enable
Madaio Glass to better serve our customers by turning around shop
drawings “in-house” quickly and efficiently. |

Mike Allain
Senior Estimator
With years of construction experience in a wide variety of trades plus
over 14 years as a Project Manager in contract glazing. Mike is uniquely
qualified to help “value engineer” proposals enabling our contractors to
work with their developers/owners to make projects more affordable and
profitable. |
